Tildosh roadmap
We move toward a big goal in small, precise steps. Each stage builds on the previous one and is shaped by feedback from real users. Below are the four stages of our plan — the first is in active development now.
The roadmap is a living document: priorities may shift with user feedback. Waitlist users are the first to hear important news. Our key principle: each stage builds on top of the previous one without breaking it. When a new feature ships, the old experience stays — users never have to relearn.
Stage 1: MVP — Telegram bot + Mini App
The core product: free conversation with an adaptive AI tutor, automatic level detection, micro-lessons, Tap-to-Meaning dictionary, personal dictionary and SM-2 flashcards, streaks, levels, and detailed statistics. The goal is a minimal yet complete experience in which an A0–A2 learner reaches noticeable results in three months. Choosing Telegram is no accident: it is on nearly every smartphone in Uzbekistan, nothing needs installing, and notifications work as natural reminders. The MVP success criterion is precise: at least 70% of learners who used it regularly for three months must rise one level. Miss the metric and there is no public launch — we ship not a “pretty” product but a “working” one. The test group is now two hundred people: they give detailed feedback every week, and we ship an update every two weeks. Before each update we hold live talks with the most active testers — to understand the reasons behind the numbers.
In progressIn development nowStage 2: voice conversation
Speech recognition and synthesis technologies: voice dialogues with the AI teacher, automatic pronunciation scoring, and special drills for mispronounced sounds. Speaking is learners’ weakest skill because there is no environment to practice: they feel shy in class and have no conversation partner at home. Voice mode solves this — you can practice without embarrassment, repeating as much as you like, anytime. Technically this is the hardest stage: accurately recognizing English speech with an Uzbek accent needs special adaptation. So this stage starts only after the MVP runs fully stable. Early surveys show eighty percent of learners most await voice practice — the demand is precise and strong. So a dedicated team will own the voice stage, with speech-technology specialists involved.
PlannedAfter the MVPStage 3: teacher marketplace
A platform where teachers and tutors create and sell their courses — an adaptation of the popular course-platform model for language learning. Every course passes the Tildosh quality standard: integration with the AI tutor, interactive exercises, and measurable results. This is a new income source for good teachers and a choice of verified live experts for learners. AI and human teachers complement each other: AI takes daily practice and control, the teacher takes complex explanations and motivation. Marketplace pricing will be transparent: every teacher’s rating and student results are openly visible, making the choice informed. The first courses will be created by the Tildosh team itself — to demonstrate the quality bar in practice. Then the best independent teachers will be invited: only fifty teachers admitted in the first year, because quality beats quantity.
PlannedLaterStage 4: B2B — for learning centers
Classroom management tools for language learning centers: creating groups, assigning tasks, viewing each student’s statistics live, and identifying group weaknesses with AI. Centers raise teaching quality and give parents accurate reports, while teachers spend more time with students instead of routine checks. A transparent, measurable system for the education business. B2B clients get separate pricing — a monthly subscription based on student count. The first partners will be chosen among learning centers from today’s early users. The B2B track will be developed by a separate team — the core product pace will not slow. In the first three months a free pilot runs with five partner centers, with results published openly.
